Thomas Sing est un artiste allemand, qui s’exprime par la photographie, la photographie enluminée, la peinture hyper réaliste, la sculpture et la performance. Son oeuvre est à la fois très diverse et très cohérente. Le monde de Thomas Sing est emprunt d’une grande spiritualité. De l’extase à la souffrance, il transcende la représentation du corps féminin de façon sensuelle, crue, mais aussi avec une délicatesse inattendue. Ses paysages expriment aussi cette dimension mystique. Sade n’est jamais très loin, mais un Sade qui aurait le sens du sacré.
Thomas Sing travaille en collaboration avec sa femme Chiara Padovan, entre l’Allemagne et l’Italie. Son dernier livre, Liminal, est sorti en novembre 2023 : un objet magnifique qui promet d’être bientôt distingué, à l’instar de ses deux précédents opus, Hard Theory et Until I Break .

Thomas Sing is a German artist, who expresses himself through photography, illuminated photography, hyperrealist painting, sculpture and performance. His work is both very diverse and very coherent. Thomas Sing’s world is imbued with great spirituality. From ecstasy to suffering, he transcends the representation of the female body in a sensual, raw way, but also with an unexpected delicacy. His landscapes also express this mystical dimension. Sade is never very far, but a Sade who has a sense of the sacred. Thomas Sing works in collaboration with his wife Chiara Padovan, between Germany and Italy. His latest book, Liminal, was released in November 2023. A beautiful piece, bound to be soon multi-awarded and sold-out like his two previous ones, Hard Theory and Until I Break.
